【摘要】 目的探讨胰岛素笔应用能力对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表和胰岛素笔应用能力调查问卷,调查苏州地区130例2型DM患者胰岛素笔应用能力现状及其血糖控制情况。结果胰岛素笔应用能力中的胰岛素精确注射维度对2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05);胰岛素笔注射相关并发症的发生情况(P<0.05)和血(尿)糖监测依从性(P<0.05)两维度对餐后2h的血糖影响具有统计学意义;胰岛素笔注射相关并发症的发生情况(P<0.01)和血(尿)糖监测依从性(P<0.05)两维度对糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的影响具有统计学意义。结论胰岛素笔应用能力可影响2型DM的血糖控制效果,应加强相应的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the impact of application ability of insulin pen on the blood glucose control for type 2diabetic patients.Method 130 patients with type 2diabetes from Suzhou area were investigated for the situation of application ability of insulin pen with application ability scale of insulin pen for diabetic patients.Result The factor of precise injection in application ability scale of insulin pen could significantly influence the level of fasting blood glucose(P<0.05)and the other two factors,frequency of the complications related to insulin pen injection(P<0.05)and the compliance of monitoring blood(or urine)glucose(P<0.05).It could significantly influence the level of postprandial 2hblood glucose.In addition,the factors of frequency of the complications related to insulin pen injection(P<0.01)and the compliance of monitoring blood(or urine)glucose(P<0.05)could significantly influence the level of HbA1 c.Conclusion The application ability of insulin pen could impact the blood glucose control for type 2diabetic patients.We should pay more attention on these management.更多还原
