【摘要】 目的探讨肠内营养专案改善对降低神经内科危重症患者肠内营养过程中误吸并发症的作用。方法收集2011年2月~2013年3月我院神经内科住院的危重症并行肠内营养患者117例,按是否实施肠内营养专案改善分为对照组(58例)和观察组(59例)。对照组按常规鼻饲护理进行肠内营养;观察组按我院危重症质控小组制订的肠内营养专案改善在常规鼻饲护理基础上,加强了护理培训、鼻饲体位、营养泵使用和质量监督等管理。比较两组在肠内营养期间发生误吸的情况。结果观察组误吸发生率明显低于对照组(1.7%VS 13.8%,P<0.05)。结论肠内营养专案改善能降低神经内科危重症患者肠内营养过程中误吸的发生率,提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of project improvement of enteral nutrition for reducing the complications of aspiration during enteral nutrition for neurological critical care patients.Method A total of 117critical care inpatients with enteral nutrition were collected from the neurology department in our hospital from February 2011to March 2013.All patients were divided into the observation group(59cases)and the control group(58cases)according to the project improvement of enteral nutrition had been applied or not.The control group was treated by conventional nursing of nasal feeding,while the observation group was treated by the project improvement of enteral nutrition formulated by the quality control group for critical care patients at our hospital.On the basis of conventional nursing care,we strengthened nursing education,body position,using enteral feeding pump,and quality supervision in the observation group.The incidence of aspiration during enteral nutrition was compared between the two groups.Result Compared with the control group,the incidence of aspiration was reduced significantly in the observation group(1.7% VS 13.8%,P<0.05).Conclusion The project improvement of enteral nutrition in the neurological critical care patients reduces the incidence of aspiration,and improves the quality of nursing.更多还原
