CS板农宅建筑体系在天津农村的应用

【摘要】 目前,我国农村住宅存在墙体材料性能差、能耗大、生产建造过程污染大,建筑物防火、节能、耐久性差和结构整体抗震性能低等问题。针对这些问题,研究了天津市建交委提出的一种新型建筑结构体系——CS板农宅建筑体系。分析发现CS墙板强度高、保温性能好、防火性能优,节能环保,适合作为农宅建筑体系。分析了CS板农宅建筑体系在天津农村推广应用的成功实践,结果表明该建筑体系经济成本和京津冀华北农村地区广泛采用的砖混结构基本持平,整体抗震性能好。推荐在我国广大农村地区对此类建筑体系进行深入地研究、设计、推广和应用。

【Abstract】 At present,there are a lot of problems in the wall materials of Chinese rural buildings,such as poor performance,large energy consumption and severe pollution in the construction,poor fire resistance and durability,low seismic performance of the whole buildings and so on. To solve these problems and meet the practical needs of building a new socialist countryside,a new type of building structure system—CS Board Rural Residential Building System-was studied which was proposed by Tianjin Construction and Transportation Committee. Analysis found that CS boards had many advantages,such as high strength,good insulation properties and excellent fire resistance. Furthermore,the construction of this system was also energy-saving and environment friendly. Therefore it is suitable for rural residential buildings. By analyzing the CS board building system of Tianjin rural areas where it has been applied and popularized successfully,it is found that the cost of this system is almost the same as the brick-concrete structure which is widely adopted in the countryside of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province. Moreover,it has excellent seismic performance. In conclusion it is recommended for further research,design,popularization and application of this system in vast rural areas of China.
