【摘要】 目的:探讨自制软式微电钩及金属导向器联合戴多功能套膀胱硬镜保胆取息肉、黏膜下结石的手术方法及应用价值。方法:总结2010年1月至2013年9月为45例患者用自制软式微电钩及金属导向器联合戴多功能套膀胱硬镜保胆取息肉、黏膜下结石的经验。结果:所有患者手术均成功并治愈,术中、术后无出血等并发症,术后随访2个月~3年,息肉无复发。术前合并胆囊结石患者1例术后8个月复查有胆囊内泥沙样结石,无临床症状。结论:自制软式微电钩及导向器联合戴多功能套膀胱硬镜在保胆取息肉、结石术中可有效控制术中出血,保证手术安全、便捷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the operation methods and clinical value of self-made nonrigid-mini-electric-hook with guiders and multifunctional rigid-cystoscope in gallbladder-preserving operations to treat the gallbladder polypus and submucosal calculus.Methods: A series of data of 45 patients who underwent gallbladder-preserving polypectomy and lithotomy of gallbladder submucous calculus with self-made nonrigid-mini-electric-hook with guiders and multifunctional rigid-cystoscope between Jan. 2010 and Sep. 2013were retrospectively studied. Results: All procedures were successfully accomplished without hemorrhage or other complications during and after operations. All patients were followed-up from 2 months to 3 years without recurrence of gallbladder polyps. One patient suffered from cholecystolithiasis with gallbladder polyps had a relapse of sediment like cholecystolithiasis 8 months after operation without symptom. Conclusions: Using gallbladder-preserving operations with self-made nonrigid-mini-electric-hook with guiders and multifunctional rigid-cystoscope in the treatment of gallbladder polypus and submucosal calculus can effectively reduce blood loss during operation. And it is a fast and safe surgical procedure.更多还原
