烧结温度对SiO2颗粒强化AZ91镁合金组织与性能的影响
Effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of SiO2 particles strengthening AZ91 magnesium alloy
【摘要】 采用元素粉球磨法,添加3%Si O2(质量分数,下同)作为增强颗粒,热压烧结制备出Si O2颗粒增强AZ91镁合金,并对其显微结构和室温力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明:当热压烧结温度低于580℃时,随温度升高,材料密度提高,晶粒大小未发生明显变化;但烧结温度超过580℃后,材料密度有所下降,晶粒明显长大,抗拉强度下降。AZ91-3%Si O2最佳热压烧结温度为580℃,材料的抗拉强度达114 MPa。
【Abstract】 AZ91 magnesium alloy reinforced by 3% Si O2 particles has been fabricated using hot pressed sintering after ball milling.The microstructure and room temperature mechanical properties were investigated.The results show that at the sintering temperature below 580 ℃,the material density increases with the sintering temperature rising,and the crystalline growth is not observed obviously.However,when the sintering temperature exceeds 580 ℃,the opposite results are obtained,which mean that the material density decreases,and the grains grow significantly.The optimal ultimate tensile strength of AZ91- 3% Si O2 reaches up to 114 MPa when the hot pressed sintering is carried out at 580 ℃.
