【Abstract】 This paper studied the production application of ZDPS medium consistency hydraulic Twin refiner on bagasse pulp.Application showed that the refiner own the further actions of fibrillation on the fibers,medium consistency refining can save fiber length and self-strength of refined pulps better.Compared with the traditional low consistency refining,paper strength indexes of ZDPS Twin refiner medium consistency refining can be improved 15%,energy consumption can drop 20%.更多还原
