【摘要】 目的:对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的预防性护理展开讨论,为今后的临床护理提供参考。方法:选择2011年3月~2012年5月前来我院行宫颈癌根治术的患者60例为研究对象,手术完毕后,对64例患者展开优质护理,总结尿潴留发生的原因,采取积极的预防措施,给予患者最需要的治疗,防止尿潴留对患者造成较大的伤害。结果:60例患者经过优质护理后,仅有2例患者出现尿潴留,其余患者身体康复良好。结论:临床上根据宫颈癌根治术的特点以及尿潴留发生的概率和特征,制定了详细的预防性护理措施,减少患者术后痛苦的过程中,降低了尿潴留出现的概率,为患者的康复提供了更大的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to cervical cancer effect a radical cure the preventive nursing care of postoperative urinary retention,provide a reference for future clinical care.Methods choose 2011- march in May 2012 to come to our line of 60 cases of patients with cervical cancer radical as the research object,after the surgery,64 cases of patients with a high quality nursing,summarizes urinary retention causes,preventive measures should be taken to give most in need of treatment,prevent urinary retention in patients with large damage.Results 60 patients after high quality nursing care,only 2 cases with urinary retention,the rest of the body recovery is good.Condusion according to the clinical characteristics of cervical cancer radical and incidence of urinary retention and features,detailed preventive nursing measures,reduce postoperative pain in patients with process,reduce the probability of urinary retention for the patient’s rehabilitation provides greater security.更多还原
