【摘要】 目的了解本地人群血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]分布情况,建立有效的实验室参考范围及临床判断阈值。方法采用cobas-702生化分析系统对3 944例健康体验者进行Lp(a)水平检测,结果分组经SPSS 17.0软件统计分析。结果本地人群Lp(a)参考范围为(196.678 8±219.571 8)mg/L,5%~95%区间为19.0~650.0mg/L(中位数为118.4mg/L),异常率为20.54%,推测阈值为274.957 6mg/L;人群中的Lp(a)存在性别和年龄间的差别。结论各地区、各实验室有必要建立独立的参考体系,建议临床使用推测阈值进行精细化判别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level and distribution of serum lipoprotein(a)among the healthy people in Jinjiang areas and establish the reference ranges of local laboratory.Methods A total of 3 944cases were assayed by immunoturbidimetry with the cobas-702automatic analyzer,and analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Results The reference value of serum Lp(a)of this groupwas(196.678 8±219.571 8)mg/L,medium value was 118.4mg/L,with 5%-95%rang of 19.0-650.0mg/L,the total abnormity rate of over 300mg/L was 20.54%,and predicted value was 274.957 6mg/L.It showed differences among the different gender and age.Conclusion It is strongly recommended that each laboratory sets up an own reference-system for clinical analysis to be more precise and more actual.更多还原
