【摘要】 目的观察BY-GMⅡ型表皮移植白癜风治疗仪治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效。方法应用BY-GMⅡ型表皮移植白癜风治疗仪治疗白癜风患者41例,共移植皮片948张,4周后成活810张,并通过对不同部位移植皮片色素恢复面积进行疗效评价。结果治疗结束后,总有效率为85.4%,其中颜面和颈部有效率分别达86.7%和88.2%。结论自体表皮移植术治疗白癜风疗效好、安全且不留疤痕,尤其对面颈部位的白癜风患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the Vitiligo treatment instrument of BY-GMⅡtype to therapy vitiligo in stabilization period.Methods A total of 41patients were treated,and 948pieces of skin flap were transplated.A total of 810pieces of skin flap survived after four weeks.We evaluated efficacy by observation of the repigmentation area of different parts of skin flap.Results The total curatitive rate was 85.4%.The curatitive of facial and neck was 86.7%and 88.2%respectively.Conclusions The treatment of vitiligo with self-skin transplantation is effective and security without leaving scars.Moreover,the treatment is suitable for neck of vitiligo patients especially.更多还原
