【摘要】 目的探讨羊水栓塞的临床特点和抢救经验。方法回顾性分析我院经治的6例羊水栓塞患者病历资料,对其临床救治过程进行剖析,总结抢救成功因素。结果 6例羊水栓塞患者有不同程度的典型临床表现,均并发弥散性血管内凝血,诊断明确,积极抢救,3例切除子宫,无孕产妇和新生儿死亡。结论应强调早期诊断,早期足量使用肾上腺皮质激素阻断发病环节,纠正缺氧,缓解肺动脉高压,肝素应在弥散性血管内凝血高凝期小剂量使用,正确处理产科问题及综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical characteristic and rescue experience of amniotic fluid embolism.Methods The treatment of the six patients with amniotic fluid embolism was analysed retrograde so as to make a summary of the successful factors on therapy.Results Six patients with amniotic fluid embolism and disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC)had different typical clinical manifestations,and were made a definite diagnosis.All cases received active rescue,three cases received hysterectomy.There were no maternal and newborn death.Conclusion It stresses early diagnosis,early using adequate adrenal cortical hormone,correcting oxygen deficiency,alleviation of pulmonary hypertension,using small doses heparin during high pour-point period of DIC,correctly dealing obstetrics complications and combined therapy.更多还原
