【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗结肠恶性肿瘤的安全性和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我科腹腔镜右半结肠切除术26例患者的临床资料。结果本组无中转开腹,无手术死亡。术中平均出血量(105.77±33.25)mL、手术时间(148.96±27.96)min、淋巴结清扫数目(15.73±6.58)枚、术后肛门排气时间(64.77±14.98)h、术后进流质饮食时间(86.96±15.41)h、术后住院时间(7.73±0.78)d。1年生存率92.3%,2年生存率76.9%。结论腹腔镜右半结肠肿瘤切除术不仅具有可行、安全、有效,还具有应激少、恢复快、住院时间短的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the safety and therapeutic effects of laparoscopic right hemicolectomy for colonic malignancy.Methods Clinical data and results of 26patients who underwent laparoscopic right hemicolectomy were collected and studied.Results The programs were completed in all the cases without conversion and dead.The operative blood loss was(105.77±33.25)mL.The operating time was(148.96±27.96)min.Lymph nodes in resected specimen were(15.73±6.58).Return time of bowel function was(64.77±14.98)h.The time to offer full liquid diet was(86.96±15.41)h.Length of stay was(7.73±0.78)d.The one year survival rate was 92.3%,two years survival rate was 76.9%.Conclusion Laparoscopic right hemicolectomy for colonic malignancy not only is safe,feasible and effective,but also has less stress,faster recovery and shorter length of stay.更多还原
