薜荔传粉小蜂对薜荔榕果挥发物和合成信息素的行为反应
Behavior Test of Wiebesia pumilae to Fig Volatiles of Ficus pumilae and Infochemicals
【摘要】 利用Y型嗅觉仪生物测定法分别测定了Wiebesia pumilae雌蜂对不同发育时期薜荔雌、雄榕果挥发物以及合成信息素的行为反应差异.结果表明:W.pumilae雌蜂对薜荔雌花期雌、雄果挥发物具极显著的趋向行为,对成熟期雌果和雄花期雄果挥发物具极显著的驱避行为,而对其他发育期的雌、雄果挥发物表现为无选择偏向性行为反应,表明不同发育阶段薜荔榕果所释放的挥发物成分和配比存在差异.W.pumilae雌蜂对薜荔相同发育期雌、雄果挥发物表现为无选择偏向性行为反应,表明雌、雄果释放的挥发物组分存在相似性.合成信息素芳樟醇、苯乙烯,以及二者的混合信息素对W.pumilae雌蜂的选择行为影响显著,表明芳樟醇、苯乙烯可能是榕果挥发物中的主成分;混合信息素A2B2C1和A2B2C2组合对W.pumilae雌蜂具极显著吸引作用,而A1B2C2组合对W.pumilae雌蜂具极显著驱避作用,表明混合信息素的交互作用明显,其交互作用既可能表现为增效作用,也可能表现为拮抗作用.
【Abstract】 In this study,we used a Y-tube(binary choice) olfactometer to test the responses of Wiebesia pumilaeto male and female fig volatiles of different developmental phase of Ficus pumilae and infochemical mixture. Results showed that,Wiebesia pumilae showed very significant preference to both female and male receptive fig volatiles,and significantly repelled to volatiles of both mature female fig and male flower phase male fig,but it showed no significant preference to male and female fig volatiles of the other developmental phase,which indicated that the composition of fig volatiles were varied in different developmental phases. Responses of W. pumilae showed no preference between female and male fig volatiles of Ficus pumilae,indicated that the composition of male and fig volatiles of Ficus pumilae have similarities. The infochemicals of linalool,benzyl ethylene and their mixture affected significantly to the choice behavior of Wiebesia pumilae,which indicated that linalool,and benzyl ethylene may be the key component of attracted fig valotiles. Mix infochemicals of group A2B2C1 and A2B2C2are very significantly attracted to Wiebesia pumilae,while that of group A1B2C2 is significantly repelled to it,indicated that mix infochemicals interacted significantly,and their interaction may increase or decrease their effection.
