甘肃某低品位红柱石矿碱法工艺研究

【摘要】 甘肃某红柱石矿红柱石含量低,表面强烈绢云母化,且柱体内部包裹有细粒石英或细条状云母,对矿物单体解离造成一定难度。通过磨矿、脱泥、浮选等单因素试验,确定了脱泥-磁选-浮选的工艺条件及工艺流程。浮选在弱碱性条件(pH值7.5),常温(25℃)下进行,通过"1粗1扫8精,中矿集中返回粗选"的闭路流程,可获得Al2O3含量55.21%,红柱石回收率59.69%的红柱石精矿。

【Abstract】 A low grade andalusite from gansu has the following characteristics: the surface highly seriticized, the column included with fi ne grain quartz or thin trip mica, which makes valuable single mineral diffi cult to liberate. Reasonable process fl ow and conditions of desliming-magnetic separation-fl otation were determined by means of singe-factor experiments of grinding,desliming, fl otation,etc. Flotation was carried out under alkaline conditions(pH=7.5) and normal temperature. Andalusite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 55.21% and andalusite recovery of 58.69% was obtained by adopting the closed circuit fl otation fl owsheet of single-stage roughing, eight-stage cleanings, middling sent back together to roughing.
