基于BP人工神经网络的开发区土地集约利用评价——以福建省为例

【摘要】 以福建省81个开发区为研究对象,在Matlab R2011a支持下,运用BP人工神经网络技术建立评价模型,实现开发区土地集约利用评价,并提出相关政策建议.结果表明:(1)84.31%样本的评价测算结果相对误差绝对值≤5%,评价结果精度较高;(2)福建省开发区土地集约利用程度总体水平不高,各地市开发区土地集约利用程度存在空间差异,在空间分布上具有沿海高、内陆低特点;(3)开发区土地集约利用程度与经济发展水平无显著相关性.

【Abstract】 A new way of improving the intensity of those development zones in Fujian was explored based on a evaluation model built by BP artificial neural network in support of Matlab R2011 a.The results were as follows:(1) The development zones,with the absolute relative error of evaluation intensity less than 5%,accounted for 84.31%,the accuracy of evaluation was high;(2) The intensity of those development zones in Fujian were mostly in low level,and the intensity of development zones in different cities existed spatial differences,the intensity in east coast was high,the intensity inland was low;(3) The intensity was not associated with economic development in these cities and the correlative coefficient was low.
