磷矿区废弃地植物营养元素与重金属分布特征

【摘要】 为了解磷矿区16种植物在环境净化应用中的潜力,通过采集昆阳磷矿区废弃地土壤及植物样品,对植物不同器官N、P、K营养元素、土壤及植物重金属元素的含量进行测定,筛选出具有优势的修复植物,为磷矿区植被修复提供指导。结果表明,波斯菊(Cosmos bipinnata)对P的富集能力优于其他植物,可作为富集P的优势植物;旱冬瓜(Alnus nepalensis)、金竹(Phyllostachys sulphurea)作为重金属Cu富集的优势植物,富集系数分别为1.770、2.806;旱冬瓜、华山松(Pinus armandii)、云南红豆杉(Taxus yunnanensis)、响叶杨(Populus adenopoda)作为富集重金属Zn的优势植物,富集系数为1.205、1.855、1.833、1.557。因此,旱冬瓜、金竹、云南红豆杉、响叶杨为磷矿区适宜的修复植物材料。

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to know the potential for applications in environmental purification of sixteen plants which grown in phoaphate mine and to screen the advantaged repair plants to provide guidance of vegetation restoration of phoaphate mine. The soil and plant samples were collected in Kunyang phosphate mining wasteland and measured the content of N,P,K elements in plant organs and determined the heavy metal elements in soil and plants. The results showed as follows. The accumulation ability of Cosmos bipinnata was stronger than other plants,which was regarded as the dominant plants to enrich P. Alnus nepalensis,Phyllostachys sulphurea were the dominant plants which could enrich Cu,and the enrichment coefficients were 1. 770,2.806respectively; Alnus nepalensis,Pinus armandi,Taxus yunnanensis,and Populus adenopoda were considered as dominant plants which could accumulated Zn,and the enrichment coefficients were 1.205,1.855,1.833,and 1.557 respectively. It was considered by the study that Alnus nepalensis,Phyllostachys sulphurea,Taxus yunnanensis,and Populus adenopoda were the most suitable for planting in the mining area for phytoremediation.
