黄山松天然林收获模型及在择伐收益法中的应用
Harvest model of natural Pinus taiwanensis forest and its application in the income approach of selective cutting
【摘要】 为解决天然异龄林生长动态预测中林分年龄不易确定问题,以黄山松天然林为建模对象,构建了以立地质量等级为哑变量、间隔期为自变量的林分收获模型,并引入蚁群算法估计模型参数。样地实测数据检验表明,基于间隔期的黄山松天然林收获模型适用,精度较高。在此基础上,探讨了基于间隔期的林分收获模型在天然异龄林林木资产评估中的应用,为择伐收益法在资产评估实践中的推广应用提供了技术支撑。研究结果在森林资源动态预测、资产评估、经营决策等方面有理论意义和实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the forest age was not easy to be determined in the growth dynamic prediction of natural uneven-age forest,taking Pinus taiwanensis as the modeling object,by using site quality grade as the dummy variables and plastochron as the independent to construct stand yield model,the model parameters were estimated by applying the ant colony algorithm.The calculation results accorded highly with the measured plot data.The results showed that the method was reasonable.On this basis,it was explored the application of stand yield model based on plastochron in natural uneven-age forest assets assessments,so as to provide technical support for popularization of selective cutting income method in the practice of forest assets assessments.The results had theoretical significance and practical application value in the dynamic prediction of forest resources,forest assets assessments and decision-making.
