场地健康风险评估及生物可给性的应用
Health Risk Assessment and Application of Bioaccessibility
【摘要】 通过对江苏省某化工遗留场地初步调查和详细调查,确定了土壤污染物砷和硫酸盐,并得到场地污染状况。运用我国《污染场地风险评估技术导则(报批稿)》评估了该场地对人体健康风险,得到硫酸盐的非致癌风险为6.86×10-3,砷的致癌风险和非致癌风险分别为5.82×10-4和9.71。砷对人体健康风险值超过工业用地可接受致癌风险值(10-5)和非致癌风险值(1),需要对砷进行修复,计算得砷的修复目标值为12.10 mg/kg。经口摄入污染土壤是砷对人体健康风险的主要途径,而摄入污染土壤中的砷不能完全被溶解并被肠胃吸收。生物可给性反映污染物在胃肠系统中能被溶解并被小肠壁吸收的量。文章运用in vitro方法测定土壤中砷的生物可给性为40.16%,并将生物可给性引入风险评估计算,修正砷的修复目标值为21.00 mg/kg。
【Abstract】 Through primary and detailed investigation of a chemical legacy site in Jiangsu, distributions of contaminants arsenic and sulphate are determined. Human health risk is assessed using Chinese "Technical guidelines for risk assessment of contaminated sites(Draft)".Non-carcinogenic risk of sulphate is 6.86×10-3, carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risk of arsenic are 5.82×10-4and 9.71, respectively. Human health risk of arsenic exceeds the general acceptable carcinogenic risk value(10-5)and non-carcinogenic risk value(1) for industrial land, and remediation of arsenic is necessary. After calculation, the remedial target value of arsenic is 12.10 mg/kg. Oral ingestion is the major exposure pathway for arsenic in soil, however arsenic in soil ingested cannot be wholly dissolved and absorbed by intestines. Bioaccessibility can indicate the capacity dissolved and absorbed by intestines. In this paper, bioaccessibility of arsenic is tested by in vitro method to be 40.16%, which is then integrated into health risk assessment. After correction, the remedial goal is 21.00 mg/kg.
