复合脱氮剂处理高浓度氨氮废水的小试研究

【摘要】 以吹脱法为基础,利用投加高效复合脱氮剂对自配的浓度约4 800 mg/L的高浓度氨氮废水进行处理,通过对pH、温度、气液比以及脱氮剂投加量等单因素变化实验研究,结果表明pH、温度、气液比对氨氮去除效果的影响显著,投加脱氮剂能够提高氨氮去除效率,但投加量变化对氨氮去除效果影响不大。吹脱条件为pH=10.5,温度45℃,气液比1 440,脱氮剂投加量1 000 mg/L条件下,吹脱2 h,氨氮去除率即可大于99%。

【Abstract】 About 4 800 mg/L artificial high concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is treated by air stripping with organic composite denitrification reagent. The effects of pH, temperature, air to liquid volume ratio and the dosage of denitrification reagent are investigated. Results turn out that pH, temperature, air to liquid volume ratio have remarkable influences of ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency. Particularly, adding denitrification reagent can really increase removal rate, but the change of dosage has little help which indicates the importance of finding minimum dosing quantity in practical application.Under the conditions that pH value is 10.5, temperature is 45 ℃, air to liquid volume ratio is 1 140, denitrification reagent is in the dosage of 10 mg/L and reaction time is 2 hours, the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen is up to 99%.
