污水处理厂2种甲基萘厌氧生物毒性试验研究
Anaerobic Biological Toxicity Study of Two Methylnaphthalene Compounds in Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant
【摘要】 在中温(35±1)℃厌氧条件下,以葡萄糖为基质,采用间歇试验法,通过测定甲烷累积产量,研究了某污水处理厂进水中检出的2种甲基萘类有机化合物(1-甲基萘,2-甲基萘)的厌氧生物毒性,得到了相对产气活性随甲基萘浓度变化的趋势,并利用相对活性确定了反应时间为24、48、72、96和120 h 2种甲基萘产甲烷的50%相对抑制浓度,2种甲基萘在厌氧处理系统中最高可允许浓度分别为171.31、79.80 mg/L。结果表明,在厌氧环境中,2-甲基萘对厌氧污泥的毒性大于1-甲基萘。
【Abstract】 Anaerobic biological toxicity of two methylnaphthalene compounds such as 1-methyl naphthalene and 2-methyl naphthalene in water inlet of a sewage treatment plant was studied.Under medium temperature(35 ±1) ℃,methane accumulation was measured using interval experimental method with glucose as base.The trend of gas production activity relative to methylnaphthalene concentration was obtained.Relative suppression concentration at 50% of two methyl naphthalene were determined by relative activity with reaction time of 24,48,72,96 and 120 h,the allowed maximum concentration of two methylnaphthalene in anaerobic system were 171.31 mg/L and 79.80 mg/L.The results showed that under anaerobic condition,2-methyl naphthalene is more toxic to anaerobic sludge than 1-methyl naphthalene.
