丝瓜络固定化黄曲霉A5p1及其脱色糖蜜酒精废水

【摘要】 采用丝瓜络作为固定化材料,研究固定化黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)A5p1对糖蜜酒精废水的脱色条件。结果表明,固定化细胞的最优脱色条件为pH 5.0,温度40℃,转速150 r/min,接种量4.3×104spores/mL。固定化可促进细胞生长,菌株的最大产H2O2速率和脱色率增加,对2%浓度(色度值A475≈3.5)糖蜜酒精废液的4 d脱色率由游离细胞的53.0%提高至65.7%。构建固定化细胞反应器连续处理糖蜜酒精模拟废水具有一定的可行性,反应器可稳定运行约25 d,前18 d可保持50%的脱色率。

【Abstract】 The immobilizations of Aspergillus flavus A5p1 on the luffa cylindrica sponge and its decolorization of molasses spent wash were studied. Results showed that the optimal decolorization conditions by the immobilized cells were pH 5.0, 40 ℃,150 r/min and inoculum 4.3×104 spores/mL. The growth of strain A5p1 and H2O2production activity were improved greatly after immobilization. Compared with the free cells,the decolorization rate of immobilized cells was increased from 53.0% to 65.7% at 2%(A475≈3.5)concentration of molasses spent wash. An immobilized cells bioreactor was built for the continuous decolorization of simulated wastewater which configurated with pigment substance extracted from molasses spent wash. The bioreactor could run stably for about 25 days,and the decolorization rate was kept 50% within 18 days.
