高铁酸盐氧化降解环丙沙星的实验研究

【摘要】 采用自制高铁酸钾(K2FeO4)为原料,考察了浓度、pH、温度、氧含量等因素对高铁酸钾氧化降解环丙沙星的影响,并研究了环丙沙星降解的动力学特征。结果表明,高铁酸钾加入量是影响环丙沙星降解效果的关键因素,高铁酸钾氧化降解环丙沙星的最佳pH值为9,温度为25℃,且温度对降解效果影响不大。氧气可能参与反应之中,并且促进向正反应进行,加速了环丙沙星的降解。高铁酸钾氧化降解环丙沙星的过程符合二级反应动力学模型。

【Abstract】 Using potassium ferrate(K2 FeO4)as raw material,the concentration,pH,temperature,oxygen content and other factors on potassium ferrate oxidation degradation of the effect of ciprofloxacin were examined,and ciprofloxacin degradation kinetic characteristics was studied. The results show that potassium ferrate dosage is key factor which affected by ciprofloxacin degradation. Effect of potassium ferrate oxidation degradation of ciprofloxacin in the best pH value is 9, temperature 25 ℃,and the temperature on the degradation effect is not big. Oxygen may be involved in the response,and to promote positive reaction ciprofloxacin,accelerated degradation. Potassium ferrate oxidation degradation of ciprofloxacin in the process with two order reaction kinetics model.
