热风炉助燃风机节能改造技术探讨
Technical Disquisition on Energy-saving Transformation of Hot Stove Combustion Fan
【摘要】 针对热风炉助燃风机系统普遍存在的高能耗问题,以某钢铁企业炼铁厂2#高炉热风炉助燃风机为例,介绍了变频改造技术和更换高效节能风机技术在该助燃风机中的应用,并对这两种改造技术从运行安全性、节能量、施工便捷性、一次性投入和后期维护角度进行对比分析,结果表明更换高效节能风机技术相对变频改造技术而言更具有优越性,值得推广。
【Abstract】 As to the widespread existing high energy consumption problems of hot stove combustion fan,this paper takes 2#combustion fan of one ironworks hot stove for example,describes two applications of frequency conversion transformation technology and high-efficiency fan replacement technology.Comparison is also analyzed from perspectives of operational safety,energy section,construction convenience,time investment and post-maintenance.The results show that high-efficiency fan replacement technology has more advantages than frequency conversion technology,which is worthy of promoting.
