基于罗茨风机不同叶轮廓线性能分析的新型廓线建模与验证

【摘要】 对现有罗茨风机叶轮廓线的径距比和面积利用系数进行理论分析,在此基础上提出一种三叶偏心圆弧加摆线的新型罗茨风机叶轮廓线,建立了新型叶轮廓线的数学模型。最后经物理实验,进一步验证了新型廓线罗茨风机的性能优越性。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics analysis including the R/a ratio and the area utilization coefficient of three kinds of the tooth profile in roots blower, this paper presents a novel tooth profile with three-lobe eccentric arc and cycloidal type. The mathematical modeling for the proposed novel tooth profile is further completed. Finally, the superiority of the novel tooth profile is verified by physical experiments.
