蔗糖铁对断奶仔猪生长性能和血液指标的影响
Effects of iron sucrose on growth performance and blood biochemical parameters of weaned piglets
【摘要】 试验研究蔗糖铁对断奶仔猪生长性能和血液指标的影响。选择180头28日龄杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成6个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复10头猪;在仔猪基础日粮中不添加外源铁构成处理1即对照组(CK),在基础日粮中以蔗糖铁形式分别添加铁元素75、100、125、150 mg/kg构成处理2、3、4、5,在基础日粮中以硫酸亚铁形式添加铁元素150 mg/kg构成处理6,试验正式期42 d。结果表明,与处理1(CK)相比,日粮中以蔗糖铁形式添加铁元素125 mg/kg时,仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量分别提高18.18%和8.20%(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率和死亡率分别下降8.65%、29.89%和43.18%(P<0.05);血红蛋白含量提高22.75%(P<0.05);与处理6(150 mg/kg硫酸亚铁)相比,日粮中以蔗糖铁形式添加铁元素125 mg/kg时,仔猪平均日增重、平均日采食量分别提高14.71%和6.45%(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率和死亡率分别下降7.65%、29.1%和42.16%(P<0.05);血红蛋白含量提高16.56%(P<0.05)。蔗糖铁对断奶仔猪有良好的促生长作用,也在一定程度上提高了仔猪血液中血红蛋白和IgG浓度。
【Abstract】 This study was conducted to observe the effects of iron sucrose on growth performance and blood biochemical parameters of weaned piglets. One hundred and eighty 28-day-old weaned piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Large White) were randomly divided into six treatment groups with three replivates(ten pins per pen). Treatment groupⅠ(the control group) was supplemented with 0 mg/kg Fe in basal diets, Treatment groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were basal diets supplemented with 75, 100, 125,150 mg/kg Fe as iron sucrose, respectively, Treatment group Ⅵ were basal diets supplemented with150 mg/kg Fe as FeSO4. The feeding experiment was conducted for 42 days. The results showed that compared to control group(CK), daily average weight and daily feed intake increased by 18.18% and8.20% in the treatment group Ⅳ(125 mg/kg Fe as iron sucrose)(P<0.05); feed conversion ratio, diarrhea rate and death rate decreased by 8.65%, 29.89% and 43.18% in the treatment group Ⅳ(125 mg/kg Fe as iron sucrose)(P<0.05), respectively; hemoglobin concentration increased by 22.75%(P<0.05);compared to treatment group Ⅵ(150 mg/kg Fe as FeSO4), daily average weight and daily feed intake dadafincreased by 14.71% and 6.45% in the treatment group Ⅳ(125 mg/kg Fe as iron sucrose)(P<0.05); feed conversion ratio, diarrhea rate and death rate decreased by 7.65%, 29.1% and42.16% in the treatment group Ⅳ(125 mg/kg Fe as iron sucrose)(P<0.05), respectively; hemoglobin concentration increased by 16.56%(P<0.05). Iron sucrose had a certain growth promoting effect on weaned piglets, and the hemoglobin concentration in the whole blood and the IgG concentration in the plasma were improved
