【摘要】 结合集体行动、社会运动以及组织社会学的理论,本文提出了一个分析NGO发展影响因素的理论框架。借助这一框架,文章从资源动员、政治机会、组织生态环境的角度对艾滋领域NGO的发展进行了考察。通过对1994年至2008年艾滋NGO发展的面板数据的分析可见,政治机会的改善和资金的增加会给NGO的发展带来积极的影响,社会组织的生态环境对NGO发展呈倒U形影响。而且,不同类型的NGO发展轨迹的影响因素各不相同。组织生态环境和疫情对草根NGO的发展具有显著的积极效应,但资金和政治机会的效应却不显著;资金和政治机会则对GO NGO具有显著的影响,而其他因素效应则不具有统计显著性。对于国际NGO,只有艾滋病疫情具有显著的积极效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,I attempt to integrate the theories of collective action and social movements in an analysis of non-governmental organisations( NGOs) in China. Using panel data of AIDS NGOs from 1994 to 2008,I analyse the factors that influence the rise and development of AIDS NGOs,including changes in political opportunity,funding and organisational ecology. The results show that political opportunity,increased funding and organisational ecology have positive effects on the growth of AIDS NGOs. However,the growth trajectories of grassroots NGOs,governmentorganised NGOs( GONGOs) and international NGOs are found to be affected by different factors. The implications of the findings are also discussed in relation to the future growth of NGOs in China.更多还原
