【摘要】 "公司+农户"模式是我国农业产业化中采用率较高的农产品生产组织模式,在实践中该模式违约率居高不下。基于违约机理,从违约动机、违约条件、违约成本等方面具体分析交换关系中获得效用的大小、替代关系的多少和替代成本的高低等,可知"公司+农户"模式中契约关系从签订开始就带有一定的脆弱性。要扩大契约市场均衡区间,减少市场上的替代关系,提高替代成本,以提升公司与农户合作关系的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "company & peasant household" mode has higher adoption rate in Chinese agricultural industrialization.But this model has high default rate in practice.The article researches on some questions based on the default mechanism,such as the utility size gained from the exchange,the substitution relationship between numbers and the replacement cost from the breach of contract’s motivation,the breach of contract’s conditions and the breach of contract’s cost.The article draws a conclusion that the contract relations in the "company & peasant household" mode is vulnerable since signing the contracts.There are some strategies to overcome the vulnerability,such as expanding the market equilibrium space of the contract,reducing the substitution relationship in the market,improving the cost of replacement,etc.更多还原
