【摘要】 目的了解2013年上海市杨浦区65岁以上老年人的整体代谢情况,为今后预防和治疗等提供科学依据。方法采用整群系统随机抽样方法,对上海杨浦区65岁以上者(包括在本区居住半年以上的流动人口且无智力障碍、神志清楚、愿意参加调查者)进行横断面的调查。结果代谢紊乱的总检出率为81.46%,女性高于男性(χ2=6.55,P<0.05)。各代谢异常按阳性检出率高低依次为:高血压、超重和中心性肥胖、糖尿病、肥胖、IGR。男性中心性肥胖和肥胖检出率低于女性(χ2=109.64,P<0.05)/(χ2=5.22,P=0.02);非高龄组超重和高血压检出率高于高龄组(χ2=4.15,P=0.04)/(χ2=33.82,P<0.001),非高龄组IGR检出率低于高龄组(χ2=9.13,P=0.002 5);男性、年龄增大及不良生活行为会导致患高血压或糖尿病/IGR或超重/肥胖或中心性肥胖。结论杨浦区社区老人代谢异常人群所占比例极大,应加强健康教育,控制危险因素,以利提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the wholistic metabolic status of the elderly over 65 in community,to facilitate better intervention. Methods The elders over 65 years in Shanghai Yangpu District were selected by cluster random sampling.Results The detection rate of the total metabolic disorders was 81. 46%,female was higher than that of male( χ2= 6. 55,P < 0. 05).
