【Abstract】 In both domestic and foreign literatures,more and more cases of bariatric surgery in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus have been reported with excellent short and long-term clinical efficacies.However there is still no clear consensus on the mechanism for surgical treatment of type 2 diabetes.The therapeutic mechanism was probably through an exclusion of duodenum and proximal jejunum.And the ensuing changes of gastrointestinal hormones might bring type 2 diabetes mellitus.This review focuses on the surgical categories,treatment efficacies and mechanism of action.更多还原
