砷对植物生长的影响及抗氧化系统响应机制研究进展
Progress on Effects of Arsenic on Plant Growth and Response Mechanisms of Antioxidant Systems
【摘要】 砷污染越来越受人们的关注,已成为迫切需要解决的环境污染问题之一。本文分析了砷对植物生理活动低促高抑的影响及植物在不同砷价态下的生理响应;阐述了As(Ⅲ)、As(V)在植物体内的吸收、转运和外排机理,着重探讨植物体内抗氧化酶类、植物螯合肽(PC)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)等对砷的响应机制,为植物修复砷污染土壤的研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Arsenic pollution has attracted more and more people’s attention and becomes one of the most environmental pollution problems urgently needed to be solved.The author analyzes the hormesis effect of arsenic on the physiological activities in plants and the physiological responses of plants under different arsenic valences.It expounds the mechanisms of absorption、transport and discharge of arsenic(Ⅲ)and arsenic(V)in plants and emphatically discusses the response mechanisms of antioxidant enzymes,phytochelatins(PC)and glutathione(GSH)to arsenic in plants,which provides some reference to the research of phytoremediation of soil arsenic pollution.
