【摘要】 肺部真菌感染的诊治一直是困扰世界的难题,近年来随着医疗水平的不断提升等因素的影响,真菌感染呈持续增多趋势,其中肺部真菌感染占所有内脏真菌感染的首位。而肺部侵袭性真菌感染仍然以曲霉菌和念珠菌感染为主。肺部真菌感染治疗的难题不仅在于肺部真菌感染临床诊断的不易,更在于临床上使用的抗真菌药物未达到满意疗效。笔者拟就肺部真菌感染的诊断及治疗等方面进行阐述。更多还原
