【摘要】 目的 观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合利多卡因在宫腔镜检查中的镇痛效果和安全性。方法 125例行官腔镜检查的患者随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(62例),术中观察组患者给予酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合利多卡因镇痛,对照组患者只给予利多卡因镇痛,比较2组患者的镇痛效果及不良反应。结果 观察组患者的镇痛效果及富颈口松驰度明显好于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论 酮咯酸氨丁三醇联合利多卡因用于宫腔镜检查镇痛效果较好,值得临床推广应用。。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the analgesic effect and safety ofketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for hysteroscopy.Methods 125 cases for hysteroscopy were randomly divided into the observation group(63 cases)and the control group(62 cases).The observation group received ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for analgesic.The control group received lidocaine for analgesic.Analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The analgesic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significantly adverse reactions of the two groups.Conclusion The analgesic effect of ketorolac tromethamine combined with lidocaine for hysteroscopy was well,and it’s worthy to be popularized and applicated in the clinical.更多还原
