15610例泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体培养及药敏试验结果分析

【摘要】 目的 分析15610例泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体感染率和药敏试验结果及其变化趋势。方法 对15610例泌尿生殖道感染患者进行支原体培养及12种抗生素的体外药敏试验。结果 15610例患者中,支原体阳性8856例,阳性率56.73%,其中解脲支原体阳性6846例(77.30%)、人型支原体阳性83例(0.94%)、解脲支原体+人型支原体混合阳性1927例(21.76%)。女性感染率明显高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2009—2013年支原体感染率分别为54.34%、56.16%、56.54%、59.38%、57.07%。支原体感染率以<20岁年龄段最高,达66.30%。药敏试验结果显示,解脲支原体、解脲支原体+人型支原体对交沙霉素敏感性最高,分别为91.39%、71.82%人型支原体对强力霉素最敏感,达97.01%。12种抗生素中全耐药者101例。结论 支原体感染趋向年轻化,且多重耐药情况严重,应采取积极措施,通过药敏试验结果指导临床合理用药,减少耐药株的产生。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the infection rate of mycoplasma in 15 610 cases with genitourinary tract infection and the trend of drug sensitivity assay.Methods The mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility for 12 kinds of antibiotics were performed in15 610 patients with genitourinary tract infection.Results The positive rate of mycoplasma was 56.73%(8 856/15 610).Ureaplasma urea-lyticum positive rate was 77.30%(6 846/8 856),mycoplasma hominis positive rate was 0.94%(83/8 856),ureaplasma urea-lyticum and mycoplasma hominis double positive rate was 21.76%(1 927/8 856).The infection rate of female was significantly higher than that of male(P<0.001).The infection rate of 2009 to 2013 were 54.34%,56.16%,56.54%,59.38%,and 57.07%.The highest infection rate was the patients younger than 20 years old(66.3%).The results of drug sensitivity assay revealed that the highest sensitivity to josamycin were ureaplasma urea-lyticum(91.39%)and ureaplasma urea-lyticum+mycoplasma hominis(71.82%).The most sensitivity for mycoplasma hominis was vibramycin(97.01%).There were 101 cases resistant to the all 12 kinds of antibiotics.Conclusion More and more young people get mycoplasma infection,and the multi-drug resistance became very serious.Actions should be taken to reduce the drug resistance and make the clinical drug using reasonable by drug sensitivity assay.
