【摘要】 目的分析评价我院住院治疗的精神病患者抗精神病药物临床配伍应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2012—2013年出院的290例精神病患者的用药情况进行统计分析。结果共涉及治疗方案31种,其中单用1种抗精神病药物的治疗方案有13种146例(50.34%)、联用2种的有19种113例(38.97%)、联用3种的有10种30例(10.34%),联用4种的有1种1例(0.35%)。抗精神病药物二联用药例数居前5位的为喹硫习48例(33.56%)、氯氮平43例(30.06%)、利培酮42例(29.37%)、奥氮平40例(27.97%)、阿立哌唑33例(23.07%)。结论我院单一抗精神病用药方案占临床用药主导地位,同时,联合用药方案在我院的应用也较为广泛。药物的选择多样化、新型化,已成为目前临床抗精神病药物治疗的用药趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the drug compatibility of clinical application of antipsychotics in our hospital,in order to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods 290 cases of in-hospital patients during 2012 to 2013 were collected and analyzed.Results There were 31 kinds of treatments,13 kinds of one single drug treatment for 146 cases(50.34%),19 kinds of two drugs combination treatment for 113cases(38.97%),10 kinds of triple drugs combination treatment for 30 cases(10.34%),four drugs combination treatment for 1 case(0.35%).Two drugs combination treatment were found in 48 cases of quetiapine(33.56%),43 cases of clozapine(30.06%),42 cases of risperidone(29.37%),40 cases of olanzapine(27.97%),33 cases of aripiprazole(23.07%).Conclusion The single drug treatment have a extensive prospect,and combination of drug treatment is also widely used in our hospital.Diverse choices and new technology of antipsychotics has become a trend in current clinic.更多还原
