【摘要】 目的:分析我院小儿社区获得性肺炎(CAP)抗菌药物应用情况。方法:选取2012年6月至2013年5月我院CAP住院患儿108例,统计分析其抗菌药物的应用情况及费用、临床疗效、不良反应。结果:所使用的抗菌药物共计4类12种,使用频次排在前三位的是阿奇霉素、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟,给药途径为静脉注射和口服给药两种,联合用药以二联用药为主(63.0%),治疗有效率为95.4%,不良反应发生率为5.6%,人均抗菌药物费用为1 171.76元,人均每日抗菌药物费用为137.85元。结论:《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》实施后,我院CAP住院患儿抗菌药物应用基本合理,但临床合理用药水平仍需进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and evaluate the antimicrobial drug use on hospitalized patients with pediatric community acquired pneumonia in our hospital. Methods: One hundred and eight cases of pediatric community acquired pneumonia in hospitalized patients were selected randomly from June 2012 to May 2013. The frequency of use of antibiotics,drug combination,drug costs, clinical effects and adverse drug reactions were analyzed. Results: In our hospital there were four classes and twelve kinds of antimicrobial used. The top three antibiotic drugs used with high frequency were azithromycin,ceftriaxone and cefotaxime. The routes of administration were intravenous injection and oral administration. Antibiotic therapy was mainly with two drugs combination,which was accounted for 63. 0%. The total effective rate was 95. 4%; the incidence of adverse reaction was 5. 6%. The average cost of antibacterial drugs was 1,171. 76 yuan in hospitalized children with CAP; daily cost of antibacterial drugs was 137. 85 yuan. Conclusions: After the implementation of Management of Clinical Application of Antibacterial Drugs,the antimicrobial drug use on hospitalized patients with pediatric community acquired pneumonia in our hospital is basically reasonable,but the rational use of drugs still need to be improved.更多还原
