【摘要】 目的探讨气水式鼻腔冲洗对非变应性鼻炎伴鼻后滴漏综合征患者的疗效。方法气水式鼻腔冲洗治疗后2、4、8周,比较治疗前后及不同治疗阶段之间视觉模拟量表评分及鼻结膜炎生活质量问卷得分(rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)的改善。结果在气水式鼻腔冲洗治疗后2周,患者的鼻炎症状(鼻塞、流涕、鼻痒、喷嚏)和鼻后滴漏症状均有统计学意义的改善;连续治疗8周后,鼻塞及鼻后滴漏症状获得了持续的有统计学意义的改善;在气水式鼻腔冲洗治疗后2周,患者的总体生活质量获得有统计学意义的改善,连续治疗8周后改善最明显,鼻部症状获得了持续的有统计学意义的改善。结论气水式鼻腔冲洗对非变应性鼻炎伴鼻后滴漏综合征患者具有满意的疗效、安全性、耐受性以及生活质量的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the curative effect of continuous atomizing nasal douche to the patients with non-allergic rhinitis and postnasal drip sy nd rome. METHODS　Cont inuous a tomizing nasal douche was used for 8 weeks in these patients,and follow-up visits were done respectively at 2, 4, 8 weeks. Then the scores of visual analogue scale and RQLQ were compared before and after treatment, and among various phages of therapy. RESULTS　After 2 therapeutic weeks by continuous atomizing nasal douche,there were statistical significance improvement for all patients’ rhinitis symptoms including nasal obstruction,rhinorrhoea, rhinocnesmus, and sneezing, and of postnasal dr ip. Af ter 8 therapeut ic weeks, the symptoms of nasal obstruction and postnasal drip got continuously statistical significance improvement, and the similar improvements occurred for the quality of life, especially about nasal symptoms. CONCLUSION There are sat isfying curat ive ef fect , safety, good compliance and improved QOL in the patients with nonallergic rhinitis and postnasal drip syndrome by the management of continuous atomizing nasal douche.更多还原
