【摘要】 目的探讨一种新型简易鼻腔通气管在鼻内镜手术后的应用。方法采用前瞻性分析的方法,把43例鼻内镜手术后的患者随机分为两组,通气管组和对照组,通气管组患者于鼻内镜术后,鼻腔填塞通气管和止血海绵,对照组则仅填塞止血海绵,分别于术前和术后5 d用视觉评分量表评估患者的鼻堵等症状,并记录术后患者使用止痛药的情况,将两组进行比较。结果术前两组患者间的症状无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后1~3 d,大部分症状评分均差异显著(P<0.05),少数症状评分无显著差异。术后4~5 d,仅少数症状评分差异显著。两组患者在术后使用止痛药方面无显著差异。结论这种简易鼻腔通气管在鼻内镜术后能很好的缓解患者的不适,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of a new and simple nasal ventilation tube on the patients who had nasal endoscopic surgery to release the discomfort caused by nasal packing. METHODS A prospective analysis was performed. Forty-three patients who had nasal endoscopic surgeries were included. The patients were divided into two groups randomly: nasal ventilation tube group and control group. After surgery, the noses of patients in nasal ventilation tube group were packed with the ventilation tube and merocel sponge. And the patients of the control group were packed only by merocel sponge. The symptoms of all the patients were evaluated before and after surgery, using visual analogue score(VSA). Also the analgesics used by the patients after surgery were recorded. The results of two groups were compared. RESULTS Before surgery, there was no significant difference in VSA between the two groups. In the first 3 days after surgery, most VSAs in the nasal ventilation tube group were significantly lower than that in the control group, except a few symptoms. And in the 4th and 5th days, most VSAs showed no significant difference between the two groups. Only a few VSAs in the ventilation tube group still lower than that of the control group. The analgesics used by the two groups was not remarkably different. CONCLUSION This new and simple ventilation tube could release the symptoms of the patients and improve their life quality in the early days after nasal endoscopic surgery.
