【摘要】 目的探讨硅胶管填塞在经鼻入路修复眶内壁骨折手术中的应用。方法回顾分析11例确诊为单纯眶内侧壁骨折并经鼻入路行骨折修复的病例,6例以硅胶管为鼻腔填塞物,5例以碘仿纱条为鼻腔填塞物,观察手术疗效及患者舒适度。结果眼球运动受限、复视症状手术有效率达100.0%;复查眼眶CT示10例眶内容物回纳良好,1例回纳不明显,手术有效率达90.9%;10例患眼眼位正常,1例眼位较健侧内陷2.3 mm,不伴复视,未特殊处理。碘仿纱条舒适度平均评分A=8.2分,硅胶管舒适度平均评分为B=3.0分,A>B。结论两种填塞物填塞术腔手术效果良好,但与传统碘仿砂条填塞方法比较,硅胶管填塞法疗效确实、取材方便、异物反应轻、患者不适度小,可应用于临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJ ECTI V E To i nvestigate the application of silicone tube nasal packing in repairing of orbital wall fracture. METHODS The clinical data of 11 cases with pure orbital wall fracture repaired via nasal cavity were retrospectively analyzed. Iodoform gauze was used for nasal packing in 5 cases, and silicone tube in 6 cases. Efficacy of the operation and the patients’ comfort were observed. RESULTS The effective rates of limited eye movement and diploma were 100.0%. Orbital CT showed that the orbital contents back satisfied in 10 patients. The effective rate was 90.9%. Eye position retracted 2.3 mm in one case. The average degree of comfort of using iodoform gauze for nasal packing was 8.2 points, and the using silicone tube was 2.5 points. CONCLUSION Both of iodoform gauze and silicone tube used in orbital wall fracture for nasal packing have a good degree of comfort, but silicone tube is better accepted.更多还原
