【Abstract】 The fourth generation cephalosporin has wide antimicrobial spectrum,strong antibacterial effect,strong penetrability,and is widely distributed in the body,which has strong stability for the bacterium producing Amp C enzyme and β-lactamase. So it has very important status in the clinical application.
