单分散TiO2空心微球的制备及表征
Preparation and characterization of monodisperse TiO2 hollow microspheres
【摘要】 本文介绍一种简单可行的模板法用于制备单分散二氧化钛空心微球(HTS),采用聚苯乙烯(PSA)为模板球,在乙醇溶剂中钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)经水蒸汽催化水解形成二氧化钛/PSA复合微球,然后经高温煅烧得到HTS。经SEM分析,HTS具有优异的单分散性和表面形貌;经XRD分析,在500℃煅烧而成的HTS呈锐钛矿型;同时深入分析了TBOT掺量和反应时间关键因素的影响;HTS粒径大小可以通过调节PSA模板球粒径大小实现。此方法还可用于制备二氧化锆空心微球及其它无机空心微球。
【Abstract】 Hollow titania sphere( HTS) was well-known for high porosity, photovoltaic and photocatalytic properties, and its applications as catalyst. In this study,a simple and easily scalable approach was offered for producing well-dened size tunable HTS by means of modified sol-gel condensation method in ethanol solvent. In this process,the water vapor promoted the hydrolysis of TBOT to form titania coating spheres,which was very simple and achievable. It had a narrow particle size distribution and commendable surface morphology through SEM. The calcined HTS at 500 ℃ displayed crystalline reflection peaks that were characteristic to the anatase phase by XRD. Some effects of TBOT dosage and reaction time were studied in-depth analysis. This method can also be used for the preparation of zirconia hollow microspheres and other inorganic hollow microspheres.
