基于耦合谐振技术的电容式快速充电设计
Design of capacitance quickly charging based on the technology of coupling resonance
【摘要】 为实现中距离的无线功率传输,提出了基于耦合谐振技术的电容式快速充电电路设计方法。分析了耦合谐振技术相对非耦合谐振技术的优越性,利用数据分析,得到在一定输入功率及工作频率条件下射频功率与直流功率之间的转换效率。采用软件对所设计的耦合谐振电路进行了建模与仿真,并将其与天线-整流电路一起进行联合建模与仿真优化,将非辐射性能量的有效传输结果以相应的能量传输效率表示出来。实际制作了电容式快速充电电路,实测与仿真吻合。该设计方法简捷、实用性强,适于在实际工程应用中广泛推广。
【Abstract】 Based on the coupling resonance technology, the method of capacitive rapid charging is put forward, so as to realize the wireless power transmission mid-distance. The superiority of the coupling resonance technology compared with non-coupling resonance technology is analysed,and by statistic analysis, conversion efficiency is concluded that under a certain power input on a working frequency between RF power and DC power. A coupling resonance circuit is designed,modeled and simulated through a software. Then adding antenna-rectifier circuit,the whole circuit is modeled and simulated,and the non radioactive energy effective transmission is resulted in corresponding energy transfer efficiency. The coupling resonance circuit is fabricated and there is a very good coincidence between the simulated and measured data. The design is simple and farely practical, and it is suitable for widely applied in the practical engineering application.
