光电经纬仪俯仰轴系限位的设计与实现

【摘要】 俯仰轴系是光电经纬仪的重要组成部分,不仅是光学系统的主要安装平台,也是带动光学系统完成跟踪、捕获的两个精密轴系之一。为了防止俯仰轴系失控造成对光学元件的损坏,对其限位防护是至关重要的。在研制某型号光电经纬仪俯仰轴系的设计中,为了成功的实现对俯仰轴系的限位保护,采用了软件保护和机械结构保护两种限位方案,在软件限位中使用了主控制软件判读和接触式压力开关保护两种方式,机械限位采用了缓冲压力均匀的变节流式液压缓冲机构,通过多级防护并顺次发挥作用,可以有效的对俯仰轴系实现限位防护。实践证明,采用多层防护的限位措施,不仅保证了俯仰轴系0°~180°的转动范围,而且有效的进行了限位保护,完全满足了设计指标的要求。

【Abstract】 Pitch axis is one important component of the electro-optic theodolite,it is not only the main mounting platform of the electro-optic system,but also one of the two precision shaftings that drive the electro-optic system in following and capturing. To prevent damage to optical elements caused by pitch axis runaway,spacing protecting is vital. In this thesis the author discusses the following: in designing a certain model electro-optic theodolite pitch axis,to successfully realize spacing protecting of pitch axis,software protecting and mechanic structure protecting are used. Main software interpretation protecting and untouch-mode pressure switch protecting are used in software spacing,variable throttling hydraulic buffering structure which can evenly buffer pressure is used in mechanic spacing. By multi-stage spacing measures through sequential acting,effective spacing protecting to pitch axis can be realized. Practice shows that multi-stage protecting spacing measures not only ensure its 0°- 180° slewing area,but also achieve effective spacing protecting and meet design objective requirements.
