Sr(Cu0.5W0.5)O3掺杂Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3压电陶瓷性能研究

【摘要】 采用固相合成法制备了Sr(Cu0.5W0.5)O3(SCW)掺杂的Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3(BCZT)无铅压电陶瓷,研究了SCW的掺杂量对陶瓷的晶体结构、介电和压电性能的影响。结果显示:SCW的加入,能显著降低BCZT陶瓷的烧结温度,达1 350℃,当SCW的掺杂量质量分数为0.1%时,制得BCZT压电陶瓷具有最佳的压电性能:d33=478 pC/N,tC为95℃,tanδ为1.5%,Kp为0.552。
【Abstract】 Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.1Ti0.9O3-Sr(Cu0.5W0.5)O3(BCZT-SCW) lead-free ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method. The effects of SCW doping on the crystal structures, piezoelectric and dielectric properties of prepared ceramics were investigated. The results show that SCW doping reduces sintering temperature of BCZT lead-free ceramics(at 1 350 ℃). When the doping w(SCW)=0.1%, the BCZT ceramics show the optimum piezo electric properties, and its piezoelectric constant d33=478 pC/N, Curie temperature tC=95 ℃, dielectric loss tanδ=1.5%, electromechanical coupling factor Kp=0.552.
