基于模糊PI并联控制永磁同步电机转动惯量问题研究

【摘要】 电梯在人们的生活和生产中广泛使用,电梯门机系统作为电梯的重要部件,其运行性能直接影响乘客对电梯的体验。新兴的永磁同步电机电梯门机系统中电机直接与执行部件连接,转动惯量变化对系统性能影响明显。本文针对带厅门和不带厅门时电梯门机系统转动惯量的巨大变化,以及由厅门自闭系统造成的开门和关门过程电梯门机系统转动惯量的巨大差别对动态性能的影响,以提高永磁同步电机驱动电梯门机的运行性能为目的,在矢量控制的基础上,将模糊智能控制与经典PID控制相结合,设计了模糊PI并联控制器,并通过仿真和实验证明了该方法的有效性和先进性。

【Abstract】 Elevator has been using in our daily life for many years. Door control system is an important part of the elevator, the performance of it directly influences passenger evaluation of the elevator. In burgeoning PMSM door control system, execution part is directly connected to the motor, which is why the change of movement of inertia obviously impact on product performance. The movement of inertia changes greatly when the PMSM in the elevator door control system runs with hall door or without hall door. Besides, the using of hall door self-closing system results in difference of movement of inertia between opening door and closing door. It reduces dynamic performance of the system. In order to improve the dynamic performance of door control system, this paper introduces fuzzy logic control on the basis of classic PID control in PMSM vector control system. The simulation and experiment results prove the validity and advancement of this method.
