【摘要】 选用3岁~4岁的健康德州驴20头(公、母各半),对其血糖、血脂的各项指标进行检测,并与人和其他家畜(马、猪、奶牛、山羊、绵羊)进行比较。结果表明,德州驴血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)在公、母之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),由此提示,德州驴血糖、血脂生化指标受性别的影响。同时发现德州驴血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)低于人及其他家畜,此结果为开发利用德州驴肉资源及其副产品提供了间接依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to obtain essential references of blood glucose and lipids in Dezhou donkey,20 donkeys,aged 3-4years old(10males and 10females),were measured,and all the parameters were compared with human and other livestock(horse,pig,dairy cow,goat,sheep).The results indicated the significant differences in 4parameters(GLU,CHOL,LDL-C and HDL-C)between females and males(P<0.05),which suggested the blood glucose and lipids influenced by gender.Meanwhile,LDL-C found was lower in donkey than in human and other livestock,which supplied a indirect evidence for the resource development of Dezhou donkey meat and it’s byproducts.更多还原
