【摘要】 新疆昌吉市某养殖户饲养的鹧鸪不明病因大批死亡,为了查明死亡原因,进行了病理解剖和实验室诊断,并据此进行治疗。结果表明,所有死亡鹧鸪的肝脏和盲肠都有盲肠肝炎病的典型病理变化;400倍显微镜下观察,盲肠内容物悬液中见到大量钟摆状运动的虫体,由此诊断为鹧鸪盲肠肝炎病。用含地美硝唑成分的药物进行治疗后不再出现死亡。这表明鹧鸪盲肠肝炎病在新疆存在,若及时选用恰当的方法进行治疗,疗效很好。更多还原

【Abstract】 There was an occurrence of disease in partridges with high mortality,which raised in a farmer of Changji,Xinjiang.In order to find out the cause of the death,pathological dissection and laboratory diagnosis were carried out.According to the diagnostic results,clinical therapy was also carried out.As a result,all dead partridges had typical liver and caecum lesions of histomoniasis;A large number of protozoa back and forth like pendulum swing in suspension of cecum contents were observed under microscope in400-fold magnification.On the basis of these informations,the disease were diagnosed to be histomoniasis of partridges,after the treatment with drugs containing dimetridazole,the death stopped soon.This suggests that histomoniasis of partridges exists in Xinjiang,and it will be well cured if using appropriate methods and treating timely.更多还原
