恩诺沙星抗体与胶体金结合的最佳浓度和最佳pH的确定

【摘要】 为动物性食品中恩诺沙星残留快速检测试纸条的制备奠定基础,采用柠檬酸三钠还原法制备胶体金,用肉眼观察法和光度扫描法对胶体金进行质量评价。通过目测法和OD值法确定胶体金与抗体结合的最佳浓度和最佳pH。结果制备的胶体金质量良好,恩诺沙星抗体与胶体金结合的最佳浓度分别为36.11μg/mL,最佳pH为8.5。结果表明pH8.5胶体金与36.11μg/mL浓度的恩诺沙星抗体结合最佳。

【Abstract】 To lay the foundation for the development of the rapid detection test strip of enrofloxacin residues in animal food.Colloidal gold was preparated by sodium citrate reduction method.To evaluate the quality of colloidal gold with visual method and photometric scanning method,the optimal concentration and pH of colloidal gold combined with enrofloxacin antibody were ascertained by visual method and OD value method.The quality of colloidal gold was good.The optimal concentration and PH of colloidal gold combined with enrofloxacin antibody were respectively 36.11μg/mL and pH 8.5.The best combination of colloidal gold pH 8.5with 36.11μg/mL enrofloxacin antibody.
