【摘要】 为研究温阳为主中药复方对肥胖大鼠体重和血脂的影响,探讨温阳法治疗肥胖的可行性,本试验取SD肥胖大鼠成5组,分别为模型组、阳性药二甲双胍组、温阳复方组、温阳药对组、阴性复方组,每天灌胃给药1次,给药8周下腔静脉取血测定相关指标。结果表明,温阳复方能有效降低肥胖大鼠的TG、TC、LDL,并升高HDL(P<0.05)。说明温阳中药复方具有能够减轻体重、调整脂代谢的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of Warming-Yang compound Chinese traditional medicine(WY-CCTM)on decreasing of serum lipids and body mass index in obese rats,obese rats were divided into 5groups,model control,metformin-treated group,WY-CCTM-treated group,Warming-Yang herb-partners-treated group and negative-CCTM-treated group.All the rats were administrated once a day for 8weeks.At the end of the study,rats were all scarified and blood samples were got to determine the serum levels of TG,TC,LDL and HDL.The results shoued that WY-CCTM could reduce TG,TC,LDL levels and increase HDL levels in obese rats significantly,compared with the model control group.WY-CCTM could reduce body weight,regulate lipid metabolism in obese rats.更多还原
