有芯弯管成形工艺机理分析与结构优化
Mechanism analysis and structure optimization of the elbow forming process with a core
【摘要】 弯管成形技术是一种常见的加工工艺,在弯管生产与变形理论方面仍有待加强研究。采用经典力学分析与生产试验相结合的方法,针对有芯弯管机的主要结构芯棒及弯曲模槽形状进行力学机理分析,同时根据工厂实际情况改变传统有芯弯管机主要结构设计形状,提出了独特的芯棒及弯曲模槽形状及相关力学计算方法,介绍了应用情况及结果,并总结了弯管所需力矩的计算公式。
【Abstract】 The elbow forming process was a popular mechanical forming technology.In this paper,a mandrel and shape of the bending mold,which are main structures of bender with a core,were analyzed simply and discussed.The traditional design shape was reformed.A unique shape and a simple calculation method were proposed.a brief introduction about application and results was given.The formula calculating bending moment required by elbow was summarized roughly.
