基于SG3525调频控制的超声波电源

【摘要】 针对目前的传统超声波电源在生物处理方面效率低下的问题,设计了一种基于PWM控制芯片SG3525调频控制的新型功率超声波电源。给出了主电路拓扑结构,并分析了控制原理和控制电路的设计,对其调频控制方法进行了阐述,给出了调频控制的软件流程图。通过实验证明了该控制方法具有检测精度高、动态响应速度快、频率调节稳定性高等优点。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the low efficiency of present traditional ultrasonic power supply in terms of biological treatment,a new ultrasonic power supply of pulse frequency modulation(PFM) control was designed based on PWM control chip SG3525. The main circuit topology was presented; the control theory and design were analyzed; the PFM control method was described; the software flow chart was given. The experimental results show that the control method has the advantages of high precise of detection, high speed of dynamic response and high stability of frequency adjustment, etc.
