一种新型低漏电流非隔离光伏逆变器
A novel non-isolated PV inverter with low-leakage current
【摘要】 为了减小无变压器型光伏逆变器的漏电流,采用了一种新型的光伏并网逆变器拓扑。这种新型的拓扑采用双BUCK电路并联结构,而且具有低漏电流和低进网直流电压的优势。对该种逆变器的工作状态及其损耗进行了分析,并进行了Matlab仿真。仿真结果验证了上述非隔离光伏逆变器的低漏电流的特性。
【Abstract】 In order to decrease the common-mode leakage current in photovoltaic(PV) inverter without transformer, a novel non-isolated full-bridge PV grid-connected inverter was introduced. The new topological structure adopted two paralleled BUCK converters with the advantages of low-leakage current and low DC voltage. Its operative mode and its power losses were analyzed. Furthermore, the simulation using Matlab was done to test the low-leakage current feature with the inverter introduced above.
